We had the pleasure of working as a husband and wife team for Ken and Elise at their wedding last Saturday on January 12th, 2013. Their ceremony and reception was held at Emerald Valley Golf Course in Creswell, OR at the event center. Beautiful venue and a really fun crowd to party with, congratulations to the both of you! Quick update - since my last post I have had a lot of fun events happen that I got to DJ for. Along with a couple weddings, proms and private parties I was able to DJ for Nike and the launch of their Run Club in Eugene, OR and also played a few shows with my current band A Vision In Grey. To top it all off I recently got back from Disneyland with my wife Hannah for a much needed vacation (and was sort of our overdue honeymoon too!) and while it was fun to be in Disneyland and California Adventure for a few days enjoying the weather in Southern California I'm glad to be back home working on music!
Now to the meat and potatoes of this post - I am launching a new electronic music project which features original music, remixes and will also eventually contain DJ mixes available for streaming and download through Reverbnation. This Friday David Stoltz from DJ Stoltz Records will be doing his pilot run of an 80's night at Cloud 9 Bistro and Bar in Corvallis, OR and we would love to see all of you there! If you love the 80's and near Corvallis then you owe it to yourself to be there! Party starts roughly around 10-10:30pm and will go until 1:30-2am. Bring your friends and join the fun!
With Prom season underway here are the top 30 picks I've chosen for music that is clean and appropriate for high school Prom dances, these songs should hopefully sit well with the faculty members at school, however remember that as a DJ it's up to YOU to make the call on what is appropriate and good for the school.

New club mix is available on the downloads page and on my box.net account titled "Club Mix - 133 BPM" which includes (at least for me) a childhood memory in the mix - listen and you'll know what I'm talking about!
I've also uploaded pictures from the wedding I did on May 15th and the LDS Regional YSA Dance that was held here in Eugene at the Danebo Chapel on May 22nd - those photos can be found on my Facebook album (if we're not friends then add me at facebook.com/djstoltzrecords).
